Shipping Policy - Effective Date October 15, 2023

Thank you for choosing Bees and Biscuits for your honey and honey product needs. We are committed to providing you with the finest quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

  1. Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt.

  2. Shipping Methods:
    We ship products via USPS.  Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.  If expedited shipping is required, please contact us at sales@beesandbiscuits.com for arrangements and pricing.

  3. Shipping Restrictions:
    We currently ship to addresses within the United States.  Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses at this time.

  4. No Returns for Honey or Honey Products:
    Due to the nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for honey or honey-based products.  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@beesandbiscuits.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.  Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to sales@beesandbiscuits.com, and we will provide return instructions or arrange for a replacement.

  6. .Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges are calculated based on your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.

  7. Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Bees and Biscuits is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  8. Shipment Delays:
    While we make every effort to ensure prompt and timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.
